Meet Howard Smith, Owner and Certified Home Inspector.
Howard is a native of Metro Detroit, and enjoys classic car restoration, boating, home improvement, and gardening. Prior to inspecting homes Howard started his career as an ASE certified mechanic repairing commercial vehicles, automobiles, and marine engines. He has also worked for a national home improvement store specializing in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and kitchen and bath.
Friends and colleagues have always come to Howard regarding inquiries as to home improvements and inspections for their home purchases. In 2015 Howard became a certified home inspector through The Michigan Institute of Real Estate.
